Description

You will perform manual testing and build automation suites for front-end UI, backend services, and databases within a distributed system.

Responsibilities

• Build automation tests for UI, backend services, and databases.
• Design and execute test plans for complex systems using both manual and automated methods.
• Generate test data automatically to support testing workflows.
• Validate data by writing SQL queries against databases.
• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in IT as a Developer, Automation Engineer, or QA.
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 2+ years of experience in UI automation testing.
• 2+ years of experience in Web Services automation testing.
• Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience using Playwright for API and UI testing.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or JMeter.
• Experience working with SQL for data validation.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Unix environments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Tomcat application servers.
• Knowledge of contact center domain.
