Description

You will own the automation strategy and execution for Salesforce applications, ensuring robust test coverage for Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using object-oriented languages.
• Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows and ensure test coverage for UI, integrations, and business logic.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented language: Java, C#, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Proven expertise in test framework design.
• Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with object-oriented programming principles applied to test automation.
• Background in validating complex integrations within the Salesforce platform.
