Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer / RPA Solution Architect with strong expertise in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and React.js to design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Architect scalable solutions using UiPath Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio Web, and Insights.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop reusable RPA components and complex automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation and data operations.
• Debug workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Integrate automation solutions using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop and integrate React.js UI components supporting automation solutions.
• Apply Agile and Lean methodologies for backlog management and continuous improvement.
• Establish automation development, documentation, governance, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business, IT, development, security, and platform teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of software application development and implementation experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience.
• 2+ years of RPA Solution Architect experience.
• 3+ years of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Studio Web, and Insights.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, OCR/ICR, React.js, SDLC, Agile, and Lean.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP)
• UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP)
• UiPath Agentic Automation Professional
