Description

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for on-premises and cloud-based IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy automation scripts and workflows using Ansible, SALT, and PowerShell.
• Monitor automation systems and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document automation standards, best practices, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve service quality.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT automation, DevOps, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust for creating automation scripts and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, SALT, and PowerShell.
• Experience automating IT processes across cloud services, databases, servers, and networks.
• Full stack development experience, including creating web applications and APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex IT systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Familiarity with Nautobot, NetZP, or observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Victoria Metrics.
