Design and build AI-powered testing frameworks to automate complex QA scenarios.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent testing utilities leveraging AI/ML to automate complex testing scenarios across diverse project domains.
• Evaluate existing testing practices for brand marketing compensation systems and database validation to identify gaps for AI enhancement.
• Implement or customize AI frameworks for intelligent test case generation, anomaly detection, test coverage optimization, and automated test data generation.
• Introduce predictive and adaptive testing methodologies, moving beyond traditional scripted testing.
• Guide QE teams on new AI-powered tools, best practices, and collaborative workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering or QA testing experience.
• 3+ years working with AI/ML technologies including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong background in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical validation.
• Familiarity with testing domains including functional, performance, database, and API testing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM applications for test automation or documentation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
