Description

You will design and build scalable test automation frameworks for frontend and backend systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Build and optimize reusable automation frameworks for end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Analyze test failures to determine root causes and ensure comprehensive coverage for UI and API components.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters to support UAT and functional testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Selenium, Java, and Cucumber.
• Solid understanding of API testing using Postman/REST.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking.
• Ability to integrate automation into CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with test reporting tools like Allure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking Domain.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
