Description

You will own the test automation strategy, building scalable frameworks that leverage AI tools to accelerate development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Python or Java.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for continuous testing.
• Leverage Cursor AI to accelerate script creation, debugging, anomaly detection, and test data management.
• Analyze test results to reduce flakiness and maintain scripts that reflect application changes.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify test scenarios and improve coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, specifically Cursor AI.
• Experience with test frameworks such as PyTest, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and REST API testing.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing self-healing test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in AI/ML concepts applied to QA methodologies.
