Description

You will design and implement automated workflows to manage infrastructure and service management processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize catalog items that trigger automated workflows for VM provisioning.
• Design automated workflows in ServiceNow using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Define and deploy infrastructure using code to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop, test, and debug automation scripts to validate outcomes in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT automation or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell (PowerCLI), or Bash.
• Hands-on expertise with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including core architecture, tables, and access controls.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Expertise in virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB management.
• Ability to manage VM settings, networking, and storage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
