You will design and implement automation solutions to eliminate repeatable tasks and reduce administrative overhead within workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, and development of automation solutions to address user experience challenges and operational efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end development cycle of workplace automation projects, from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with technology vendors, product managers, IT security, and legal teams to ensure solutions align with policy and legislation.
• Assess and improve automation user experience by integrating feedback and conducting usability studies.
• Evaluate emerging industry trends and technologies to identify potential automation partnerships or solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with UiPath (Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator).
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and SSIS).
• 2+ years of experience with .Net, VB Script, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with application design and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Visual Studio, APIs, and GitHub.
• Ability to ensure automation solutions adhere to legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or advanced degree.
• Strong communication and long-range planning skills.
