Lead technical direction for Power Platform automation solutions and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical oversight.
• Own and optimize the Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management process using Power Pipelines and code-first DevOps.
• Design efficient Cloud Flows and applications using REST API integration, JSON manipulation, and XPath.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to strict security policies and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in IT engineering, software development, or technical architecture.
• Expert proficiency in the full Power Platform suite (Model-driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Code Apps).
• Strong experience with Dataverse Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities from the D365 era.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Automation, DevOps, Azure, C#, JSON, and API Integration.
• Proven experience with Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) and Power Platform CLI.
• Ability to design solutions leveraging Dataverse Web API and Plugins.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Observability, and Security Policies.
