Good to Have Skills: Experience with AWS CDK, knowledge of AWS services such as SQS, SNS, CloudWatch and DynamoDB, understanding of serverless architecture and systems integration, familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns such as Strands, AgentCore or similar tool-using autonomous agent systems, understanding of agentic AI paradigms including multi-step reasoning, tool use, planning/execution loops, or autonomous workflow orchestration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work across teams and operations organization at country, regional and cross regional level to drive improvements.
• Enable implementation of solutions for customer and cost savings in process workflow, systems configuration and performance metrics.
• Discover and solve complicated problems while learning complex systems and working with numbers effectively.
• Organize and communicate data and reports to multiple internal teams to drive business projects and automation.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Drive business automation projects for the Retail Business Services team through direct engagement with internal stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
