Description

You will drive automation projects for the Retail Business Services team, solving complex problems in process workflows, systems configuration, and performance metrics. You will own the end-to-end implementation of solutions that deliver customer and cost savings, working across country, regional, and cross-regional operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL, ETL, and AWS services to streamline business operations.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Discover and resolve complex system issues by analyzing data, configuring systems, and optimizing performance metrics.
• Organize and communicate technical data and reports to internal stakeholders to drive business projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong proficiency in ETL processes and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services, including Cloud Services.
• Solid background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Expertise in scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS CDK and services like SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and systems integration.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (Strands, AgentCore) and orchestration patterns for autonomous workflows.
