Description

You will manage and troubleshoot enterprise data integrations and application workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing integrations and troubleshoot errors to maintain data flow.
• Design and implement application integrations between business software, including CRM and ERP systems.
• Perform end-to-end testing with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure requirements are met.
• Analyze technical specifications and documentation for new applications to determine integration fit.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud integration software such as Workato or Boomi.
• Experience building APIs using REST or SOAP protocols.
• Strong understanding of application-to-application integration design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms including MuleSoft or TIBCO.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to technical integration issues.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Visio or other data flow diagramming tools.
