Description

You will lead middleware automation initiatives, providing technical consultation and resolving complex technical issues for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document middleware automation projects, including upgrades and deployments.
• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning.
• Evaluate technical procedures and technologies to drive automation efficiency.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to less experienced staff.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• 2+ years of Windows or Linux scripting experience.
• Deep experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to lead projects and provide clear technical direction.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of specific Ansible experience.
• Knowledge of web application and infrastructure automation development.
• Experience with package formats such as RPM, EXE, DMG, or MSI.
