Description

You will lead the delivery of a unified automation framework covering mainframe, UI, mobile, and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain multi-user automation frameworks and strategic approaches.
• Direct engineering teams within large-scale projects to ensure deliverables meet cost, time, and resource constraints.
• Design automation test plans and strategies while providing quality engineering evaluations and estimates.
• Govern the automation team, providing technical guidance, resource planning, and process improvements.
• Interface with development and technical teams to contribute to system architecture and risk management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering and automation leadership.
• Expertise in Java and Python automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Proven track record in API automation testing and DB operations.
• Experience testing applications hosted on AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Maven, and build/deploy tools.
• Practical knowledge of BDD, Specflow, and POM frameworks.
• Technical proficiency with Soapui, Jmeter, and Atlassian Jira.
• Strong ability to manage complex project schedules and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of issuing end-to-end credit card functionalities.
• Experience with credit card host systems such as TS2, Prime, or FirstVision.
