Description

You will lead test automation strategies and framework development for complex healthcare systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and build test automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Convert manual test scripts into automated suites.
• Create and execute system-level test plans and verification procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement shared platform solutions.
• Review system requirements for scope, risk, and testability.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong background in manual testing and script development.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Lean, Agile, and XP methodologies.
• Experience with CI, security, and scalability principles.
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to perform design and solution architecture.
• Proven experience in refactoring and advanced testing techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare systems is a plus.
