Description

You will lead the design, development, execution, and maintenance of automated tests for web and desktop applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites for web and desktop apps using Python, Playwright, Squish, Robot Framework, and PyTest.
• Architect BDD-based automation frameworks, ensuring reusable step libraries and clear mapping between BDD steps and UI actions.
• Lead the development of Python modules for BDD step classification and AI-driven prompt pipelines.
• Oversee integration with Azure OpenAI and LLM services, utilizing orchestration libraries like LangChain.
• Mentor the automation engineering team, establishing best practices and enforcing code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in automation testing and framework development with strong technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTest, Playwright, Squish, Robot Framework, and BDD Frameworks.
• Experience integrating with Azure OpenAI and utilizing LangChain for LLM orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows and experience with Jenkins for pipeline management.
• Experience architecting and managing data pipelines for structured data handling (CSV, JSON).
• Familiarity with modular software architecture and scalable framework design.

Preferred Skills

• BTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
