Key Skills: Site Reliability Engineering, Automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SRE-aligned automation solutions for software delivery and testing processes.
• Define reliability engineering practices, operational standards, and measurable service health objectives.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for automation, test engineering, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Assess and apply LLM-based approaches to accelerate test creation, analysis, and maintenance where appropriate.
• Guide technical teams through automation roadmap planning, solution reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in SRE, automation, software testing, or reliability engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to lead automation architecture and establish scalable, maintainable engineering solutions.
• Experience improving system reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality through measurable engineering practices.
• Practical understanding of software testing, test automation, and API or service validation approaches.

Good to Have:

• Experience leading enterprise automation initiatives or serving as an automation subject-matter expert.
• Exposure to LLM applications in software testing, quality engineering, or engineering productivity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
