Description

You will design and implement automation frameworks for security processes, ensuring scalable solutions that streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop reusable automation components and libraries to accelerate security initiatives.
• Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using Grafana for security monitoring and analytics.
• Write robust Python scripts and modules for process automation and system integration.
• Collaborate with security engineering and DevOps teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Optimize existing automation workflows for performance, scalability, and compliance with security best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in automation development, with at least 3 years in the security domain.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, framework development, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard automation and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of security principles, including IAM, monitoring, and compliance.
• Experience designing modular and scalable automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms and security orchestration.
