Lead the automation strategy and execution for scalable test suites, mentoring the team and driving client solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation team, adopting DevOps culture and building scalable test automation suites with continuous integration.
• Design, develop, and test custom solutions across the test lifecycle, including UI, web services, and mobile automation.
• Mentor engineers, build new solutions, and provide thought leadership on market trends and new frameworks.
• Build engineering metrics and root cause analysis reports, including custom dashboards for program health.
• Drive client solutions and proposals for multi-location teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and QA.
• Strong programming skills in Java (5+ years) and JScript.
• Proficiency in Python for automation tasks.
• Expertise in test automation engines: Selenium and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using REST Assured or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven.
• Practical experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Solid understanding of Angular, Spring Boot microservices, and Mule gateway.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI tools like Copilot or other LLMs for automation enhancement.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Rally.
