Lead the test automation strategy and execution for scalable CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom test automation frameworks using Java and Python.
• Implement UI, API, and mobile automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured.
• Lead the automation team, mentoring engineers and driving DevOps adoption.
• Build engineering metrics dashboards and root cause analysis reports to assess program health.
• Conduct capability assessments and define transformation roadmaps for test lifecycle improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in test automation across web, middleware, and database layers.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java (5+ years) and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Python for automation tooling and scripting.
• Expertise in Selenium and Playwright for UI automation.
• Proficiency in API testing using REST Assured or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Cucumber for behavior-driven development.
• Understanding of Angular, Spring Boot microservices, and Mule gateways.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI tools like Copilot or other LLMs for code generation and testing.
• Familiarity with test management platforms such as Rally.
