Lead enterprise test automation strategy, framework design, and implementation across UI, API, mobile, and database layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise test automation frameworks using Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Build scalable CI/CD automation pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven.
• Lead automation initiatives for UI (Selenium, Playwright), API (REST Assured), and database testing.
• Develop custom dashboards, engineering metrics, and RCA reports to drive quality insights.
• Mentor distributed teams and define automation strategies in collaboration with clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development and framework design.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured.
• Proficiency in Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, and API automation.
• Familiarity with Angular, Spring Boot, and MuleSoft.
• Experience leading multi-location automation teams in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including GenAI solutions (GitHub Copilot/LLMs).

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
