Description

Lead the development of automation solutions for document-centric workflows, focusing on digitization, extraction, and intelligent processing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end workflows for document digitization and extraction using Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Automate unstructured and semi-structured document processing using Python, machine learning, OCR, and NLP techniques.
• Design and fine-tune prompts for large language models to handle document summarization, classification, and content generation.
• Architect and deploy scalable document processing pipelines within cloud environments.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and build analytics dashboards to track automation efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or software development.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Expertise in Generative AI frameworks including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and serverless architecture.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and OCR tools.
• Ability to document technical designs, processes, and workflows clearly.
• Experience integrating automation platforms with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or DMS.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Cloud Services, or AI/ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR or HIPAA and secure document handling.
