Description

You will design, build, and expand test infrastructure to support automated testing across multiple systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based test frameworks for executing jobs, collecting results, and generating reports.
• Integrate and manage Jenkins and TestRail for job execution and reporting.
• Drive automation initiatives by converting manual test assets into automated workflows.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers while contributing as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to make design decisions and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in test infrastructure and automation.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Advanced experience with Pytest, including custom hooks, stages, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and TestRail.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing technical workstreams.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols.
• Experience with Bazel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jama.
• Familiarity with virtualization (ESXi/Proxmox, VM management).
