Lead the architecture and continuous improvement of the automation environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect the automation environment and drive ongoing technical improvements.
• Lead the Ansible development team by providing best practices and ensuring code quality.
• Design and implement automation solutions across VMware, Windows, RedHat, and storage platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts to increase performance and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in developing and managing complex Ansible playbooks in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows, and RedHat.
• Experience working with storage platforms such as IBM or NetApp.
• Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven automation (EDA).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
