Description

You will lead automation efforts and coordinate onsite and offshore resources for banking domain projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day automation tasks and coordinate communication between customers and distributed teams.
• Develop in-sprint and regression automation suites.
• Manage testing workflows using JIRA and test management tools like Quality Center or ALM.
• Participate in daily scrum calls and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance.
• 6+ years of experience automating UI applications using Selenium with Java.
• 6+ years of experience automating API services using REST Assured.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and Gradle.
• Practical experience working with CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience in the banking domain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing coordination.
• Experience working within Agile project frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the KARATE framework.
