Description

Lead automation testing efforts and define technical strategies for end-to-end test automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end test automation strategies and long-term roadmaps.
• Propose new automation solutions to stakeholders to improve testing efficiency.
• Review test case coverage and provide technical direction to the QA engineering team.
• Mentor QA engineers and direct their technical activities to ensure effective testing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project modules to ensure technical alignment and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Grid, and WebDriver.
• Experience performing SOA testing and automating web service testing using SOA Test.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Practical knowledge of TDD and BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Strong technical problem-solving and design thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams.

• Any Graduate degree.
