Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization.
• Define and execute automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including hands-on implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across infrastructure and security teams.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in automation and DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of overall experience in IT with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale automation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and Python.
• Strong experience in building and implementing Automation Frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Github.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
