Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Define and govern overall test strategy, release readiness, and quality metrics across projects.

Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) with reporting.

Lead automation execution for functional, API, and performance testing across applications.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control tools.

Collaborate with development, product, and release teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Review test results, drive defect management, and mentor teams on automation best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

8–10 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.

Strong hands‑on expertise with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright, Java, CI/CD (Jenkins), and test management tools (JIRA, Xray).

Proven ability to define test strategy, govern quality metrics, and lead automation efforts in Agile delivery environments
