Description

You will define test strategy, govern quality metrics, and lead automation efforts for functional, API, and performance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern overall test strategy, release readiness, and quality metrics across projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with reporting.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control tools.
• Review test results, drive defect management, and mentor teams on automation best practices.
• Collaborate with development, product, and release teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Java for automation scripting.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA and Xray.
• Proven ability to define test strategy in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
