Own automation and electrical functions to establish manufacturing operations across multiple sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and coach an automation team.
• Integrate robots into custom manufacturing cells and fabrication processes.
• Attend automation, robotics, and equipment supplier training.
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or related industrial roles.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls.
• Proven leadership experience managing or developing technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel for training and site alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and drives.
• Experience with ABB robots.
