You will drive the enterprise-wide automation strategy and quality engineering direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, and database layers.
• Integrate automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead automation transformation initiatives and implement AI-driven testing capabilities like predictive analytics and self-healing scripts.
• Mentor engineering teams through code reviews and by uplifting automation practices.
• Collaborate with product, development, DevOps, and SRE teams to implement shift-left quality and optimize test data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, test architecture, and enterprise-level quality engineering leadership.
• Expertise in designing automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with API automation.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead automation strategy and governance.
• Experience applying AI-driven testing methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
