Direct automation strategy and technical execution across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy development and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation teams.
• Establish best practices, standards, and process optimizations.
• Integrate solutions into existing systems and manage vendor tool evaluations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of automation experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in RPA, test automation, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Selenium.
• Proven track record of delivering automation projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant automation certifications.
