Description

Lead automation testing strategy and execution for financial applications, owning the end-to-end framework lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium, Java, and C#.
• Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies using Cucumber.
• Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and deployment processes via Azure DevOps.
• Build automation scripts from scratch and enhance existing frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Drive automation best practices and improvements with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience in QA.
• 5-6+ years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Architect.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium for automated test scripting and execution.
• Proficiency in Java and C# programming languages.
• Expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Cucumber.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Background in financial services or banking domain automation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
