Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions for servers, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate automation tools including ITSM, DWs, Endpoint Management, NOC, SOC, and AIOps.
• Identify automation opportunities, scope solutions with stakeholders, and deliver results.
• Partner with Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of automation engineers and provide technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• 3+ years in a leadership role focused on automation.
• Expertise in AIOps, ITSM, DWs, Endpoint Management, NOC, and SOC.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Solid understanding of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
