Description

You will maintain and repair automation systems within a warehouse environment, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth process flow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mini load AS/RS cranes, Fanuc robots, roller conveyors, and various automation devices.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve equipment issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Partner with engineering on advanced support issues and process improvement projects.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks thoroughly to minimize system downtime.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience working with AS/RS systems.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC and servo motors.
• Proficiency with pneumatic systems, sensors, valves, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• A.A.S. in Engineering Technology or 5+ years of hands-on experience with relevant equipment.
• Proficiency in Windows PC and Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work safely around automated machinery.
• Proven ability to multitask and organize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fanuc robotics platforms.
