Description

You will lead the automation team and deliver scalable test frameworks using C# and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain test automation frameworks using C# and Python.
• Manage team goals, priorities, and successful delivery of automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, development, QA, and DevOps to align strategies with technical roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of BDD frameworks and align with Agile testing methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong expertise in automated testing using C# and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Ranorex and Selenium.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
