Description

You will manage the deployment and maintenance of automated hardware testing environments, including mechanical fixtures and microcontroller interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain automated hardware fixtures, including mechanical setups.
• Develop Python-based test automation scripts to interact with microcontrollers and I/O devices.
• Manage infrastructure and configuration using Ansible or Puppet.
• Maintain macOS systems through shell scripting and network management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in systems or automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
• Experience with custom hardware interfaces, microcontrollers, and I/O devices.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools: Ansible or Puppet.
• Shell scripting and network management skills.
• Experience managing macOS systems.
• Ability to deploy and manage mechanical setups for automated fixtures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Apple products and the broader Apple ecosystem.
• Practical experience with 3D printing, soldering, and related hardware tools.
