You will define and advance business process automation initiatives using RPA and IDP technologies, overseeing the automation platform architecture and leading solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, modern architectures that align with the company’s automation strategy.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation plans using the UiPath suite.
• Define architecture standards, manage infrastructure requirements, and ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage risks, and maintain thorough documentation of automated processes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (or 7+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Proven experience as a Power Platform architect with strong RPA knowledge, ideally in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with IDP platforms such as ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture, AWS Textract, or UiPath Document Understanding.
• Proficiency in UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Dotnet.
• Strong programming experience with Python and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of FDA regulations related to Software Quality and Systems Validation.
• Experience delivering MS Power Platform and UiPath RPA projects.
