Responsibilities

• Drive automation strategies across the organization.
• Coach customers on building and scaling automation programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Develop and mature processes, assets, and delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4-6+ years of experience in digital transformation or strategic consulting.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms including UiPath and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Solid technical background in software development.
• Ability to facilitate complex conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.
