Description

Lead V&V engineering for automotive IoT, OTA, and connectivity applications, owning testing practices, governance, and lab setups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale testing practices, governance, and lab setups, including test bench configuration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to estimate test efforts, define scopes for OTA testing, and create execution plans.
• Manage project delivery by tracking scope, quality, and actuals while performing course corrections with stakeholders.
• Drive requirements-driven testing to ensure 100% traceability across development, testing, and defects.
• Mentor V&V engineers and conduct technical design reviews to ensure alignment with architecture.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in testing IoT, OTA, and connectivity applications.
• Deep domain knowledge of automotive testing and OTA processes.
• Experience developing automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, or Tosca.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to manage regression testing coordination and change management processes.
• Experience in setting up testing labs and artifacts.
