Description

You will own the automation strategy, framework development, and test coverage for QA initiatives across teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automated test coverage and identify gaps to improve overall quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain API and UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, C#, and .NET.
• Drive automation initiatives across multiple teams, maintaining set KPIs and code quality standards.
• Design automation-specific metrics and publish progress reports on a scheduled basis.
• Train and handhold QAs to increase proficiency in automation tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in UI and API automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, C#, .NET Framework, Coded UI, and VSTS.
• Experience creating testing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in testing web/mobile applications and Web Services (REST APIs).
• Working knowledge of version control systems: GIT, TFS, and SVN.
• Strong SQL and database testing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, TDD, and BDD practices.
• Coding experience in both C# and Java.
• Knowledge of .NET/Power Platform environment (MS-SQL, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, IIS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance/load testing.
• Knowledge of SpecFlow or Cucumber.
• Experience with code scanning tools like Checkmarx or SonarQube.
