Description

You will design and execute automation strategies to ensure software quality across web and desktop applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QE strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Design and evolve automation tools for various application components.
• Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to align on quality goals.
• Monitor QE metrics and report performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Scripting experience with Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Practical experience testing both desktop and web applications.
• Strong understanding of QE methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and bug tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and PHP.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C, C++, or Java.
• Experience with Node.js and Mocha frameworks.
