Description

You will design and maintain automated testing frameworks for API and messaging services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional, data-driven automation test scripts using modular RestAssured frameworks.
• Execute test scripts to validate application functionality and ensure correct behavior.
• Use SQL for back-end database validation.
• Integrate Kafka into test script automation workflows.
• Work within an Agile methodology to deliver testing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web services testing using automation tools.
• 3+ years of experience writing Rest Assured tests in Java for API testing.
• 3+ years of experience with MessageQueues, Topics, and Kafka.
• 2+ years of experience in Service Virtualization.
• Proficiency with JSON and XML formats.
• Experience using SQL or NoSQL for back-end database validation.
• Strong understanding of API testing principles.
• Ability to work with Java-based automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Virtualization tools beyond basic requirements.
• Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
