You will drive quality through functional and accessibility automation and strategic test planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional and accessibility testing using manual and automated methods.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and planning.
• Manage regression testing cycles and provide detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Expertise in functional automation using Selenium, Cypress, or WebDriverIO.
• Deep knowledge of web accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1, Section 508, and ADA.
• Proven experience conducting both manual and automated accessibility testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or IAAAP.
• Experience with usability testing and UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, or DB2/Mainframe environments.
