Description

Design and execute automated testing strategies to ensure application and database integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for application GUIs and database verification.
• Build and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts using Java and Maven within Jenkins pipelines.
• Perform ETL and backend testing on Oracle databases by writing complex SQL queries.
• Execute regression testing and monitor batch completions through Control-M workload automation.
• Manage the defect lifecycle using HP ALM and provide QA sign-offs for Agile sprint deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Java for script development.
• Strong SQL skills for backend and Oracle database testing.
• Experience with Maven and Jenkins for continuous integration and regression execution.
• Hands-on experience with ETL testing and data verification.
• Practical knowledge of UAT processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using HP ALM for defect tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with Control-M workload automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
