Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Execute API testing and validate backend services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or NUnit.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
• Strong SQL skills and database testing experience.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
