Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by driving code quality improvements through manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review user story backlogs and requirements for completeness regarding performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Plan and define testing approaches, including resource requirements and activity scheduling based on project risks.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, including systems integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain the testing automation process and execution workflows.
• Monitor defect resolution and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defect counts and test status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation.
• Experience developing and executing Test Plans.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing.
• Ability to generate test data to support various testing phases.
• Experience integrating quality principles into software design and IT processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
