Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated tests for customer journey workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan tests, including managing test data aligned with business requirements.
• Write detailed test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated tests across various journeys and analytics workflows.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, web).
• Perform regression, functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for journey configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA testing.
• Expertise in test designing and planning.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Playwright and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with REST Assured for API testing.
• Experience with build tools like Gradle and Git.
• Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Customer Journey.
