Drive quality engineering through advanced automation, strategic test planning, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve test automation strategies, processes, and frameworks.
• Lead test planning for complex features using risk-based testing to optimize suites.
• Manage test automation execution, defect triage, and issue resolution.
• Maintain traceability by linking tests to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Generate and manage test data while ensuring compliance and handling sensitive information.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation tools.
• 2+ years of experience with test management tools such as qTest, Octane, or Rally.
• 2+ years of experience with RDBMS databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or Exadata.
• Strong functional testing skills, ideally within financial, banking, or credit risk domains.
• Proficiency with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience defining quality engineering methodologies to support test-driven development.
• Ability to align and secure sign-off for test cases from business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting code promotion to higher environments.
